Ordering process:
Like everything here, the online shop is self-made, with a little help from good friends - thanks to Kuste! :). Therefore, for now, the ordering process will be handled via email. There will be a shopping cart at some point in the future.
Payment:
Payment is due in advance via bank transfer or PayPal.
You will receive the details along with the invoice in your reply to your email.
Shipping & Returns:
I ship as a Maxi Brief with tracking - currently €2.90 - and only within Germany.
Returns are, of course, possible within the 14-day cancellation period from receipt of the goods.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
However, I can only guarantee a full refund if the goods are unused and undamaged.
Custom-made items are excluded from returns.
Guarantee:
I sew everything myself and assume full responsibility for manufacturing defects. If you have any problems with one of my products, please contact me. I will try to understand what went wrong and how I can resolve the issue for you. In this case, I would like to initially agree on repair or replacement.
Hiking gear is subject to a certain amount of wear and tear and does not last a lifetime. The items offered here are ultra-lightweight gear; please keep in mind that this is often not as durable as "conventional" gear made of much thicker materials. Nevertheless, all of the items I offer have been tested on hikes; I consider them sufficiently robust for hiking, and they should easily survive a thru-hike (approx. 5,000 kilometers = approximately 200 days of hiking).
The guarantee does not apply to: broken buckles; holes or tears in the fabric that are not due to sewing defects, zippers, delamination of the fabric due to wear and tear, second-hand goods and prototypes.
Repairs:
